If you find yourself spending more time in front of the computer, you may be experiencing some shoulder and neck tightness? If so, stretching your shoulders and neck might reduce this tension slightly; however, as soon as you stretch your chest, the pressure is released.
For some instant relief, try this.
- Stand in an open doorway. Raise each arm up to the side, bent at 90-degree angles with palms forward. Rest your palms on the door frame.
- Slowly step forward with one foot to achieve a comfortable stretch in your chest.
- Hold for 30 seconds. Slowly step back and relax!
