Emma’s recent degree and continuing studies in Health Science combined with her warm and enabling delivery style encourage a deeper understanding of the relationship between the health, fitness and wellbeing. Emma is realistic and fully aware of the many complexities and pressures we all face daily at school and in the workforce.
