Team Building Activity - Widgets
So what is this about?
Widgets is a process improvement challenge. Widgets challenges your team to take control of the process of setting up a Widget Factory, a widget being a coloured stress ball. Your Factory is made up of the many Process Requirements set for you by your MMA Facilitator. What initially seems daunting, stressful and improbable soon comes to fruition when everyone works together. Widgets is fast paced and very interactive.
And how is this Real and Relevant?
The debrief points for Widgets is endless. It is with no apologies that we introduce the team to a very chaotic environment that we call your Widget Factory. Widgets is about pushing the boundaries, seeing possibilities, working together, implementing actions for improvement and celebrating successes along the way.
Common themes that arise through Widgets include:
