So what is this about?
R.A.W gets back to basics.
R.A.W combines physical, mental and emotional challenges all conducted with the Great Outdoors as our Conference Room.
R.A.W will strengthen your Culture and develop your Leaders.
For teams who will be required to do things differently to be more effective in the future, this program is a MUST for you.
And how is this Real and Relevant?
R.A.W strips all the extraneous operations that add little value and positions the team to be effective at being effective! Watch your team breakdown challenges and prove that new possibilities are achievable. Watch your team operate at it’s truest!
Along the way you will face many challenges, some will face their strongest fears, you will be required to do tasks that some of you do not want to do. However you must all give 100% for 100% of the time for the team to progress, there are no excuses!
R.A.W also includes many lighter moments of FUN and Laughter, where you get to enjoy the individuality of your team members in the great outdoors.
