Shane Garner  

Shane uses state of the art diagnostic tools as well as his unique and diversified experiences in delivering high-energy programs in the fields of Personal and Team Leadership, Team Structure, Team Dynamics and other areas.

Shane believes that Leadership is proving to people that they can do the do’s that they do not really want to do.

Shane’s background includes success in People Management positions with Bonlac Foods, Southcorp Wines and Fosters Wine Estates where Shane was a driving force behind the growth and development of the Lindemans Process site.

Shane has a history of success coaching sporting teams including Victorian State Representative sides in Australian Rules Football and is currently facilitating a Leadership program for the on field leaders of the Collingwood Football Club as well as the 21 Under, 19 Under and 17 Under Australian Netball Teams.

A very unique experience that Shane draws upon for his programs is his time living within and studying village culture and leadership among many African villages.
