So what is this about?
The Go Zone will teach you to do the things you need to do even when you do not want to!
· The GO ZONE is an elevated level of thought, behaviour and action that can be available to us when we need to be at
our best.
· The GO ZONE is a temporary but repeatable period that can last up to 2 hours.
· The GO ZONE requires physical and mental preparation but can be summoned instantaneously by skilled exponents.
· The GO ZONE is applicable to both leaders and high performing team members.

The GO ZONE can be used to maximise performance and achieve your desired outcomes.
The Go Zone is applicable when confronting difficult people, convincing others, motivating the team, delivering a presentation/proposal or making important decisions among others.
The Go Zone involves 3 steps: physical preparation to reach your IPS (Ideal Performance State), mental preparation to determine the actions you will take in line with the results you are seeking, and finally executing the actions in the GO ZONE.
What can I expect in this Facilitated Workshop?
