Facilitated Workshop - Sales Training

So what is this about?

The Go Zone Sales Training is about replicating the best sales day you’ve ever had.

Many sales people have peaks and troughs in their personal productivity.  They sometimes ‘get on a roll’ and make multiple sales in one day, week or month, while at other times they feel like their next sale may never, ever come.

They are sometimes efficient with their time, personal organisation and office skills, while at other times they lose time, procrastinate or operate with low efficiency.    In most sales teams there are a small number of elite performers, a mainstream of mediocrity and some tailenders who are underperforming.

And how is this Real and Relevant?

Go Zone Sales Training embraces three key elements:

  1. Ensuring your sales team knows what they have to do to be successful…we call this the Awareness Phase.  The Awareness Phase develops sales skills in prospecting, interviewing, quoting, asking for the business and asking for referrals.  The Awareness incorporates actual scripts for asking for referrals and asking for the business.

  2. Phase two is Acceptance.  Acceptances of the need to make some changes, to not only have the skills, but to make a commitment to execute these skills as a matter of habit.   The Acceptance phase is the beginning of making your faith stronger than your fears as a Sales Professional!

  3. Awareness and Acceptance must precede the final phase, which is the Action phase.  This is the mechanics of the actual Go Zones, Slow Zones and No Zones, the vehicles to create daily, repeatable and effective sales habits.
