Facilitated Workshop - Communication Skills

So what is this about?

This modified DISC Personality Profile session is very educational, interactive and a lot of fun. Its focus is to demonstrate in fun ways why we operate the way we do. After all, fairness is really treating people differently! 

And how is this Real and Relevant?

Communication is rated the number one barrier to team efficiency. This session is all about how to be more efficient with the messages we deliver. If your communication is not giving you the desired outcome, perhaps you should adjust your communication style! Participants will learn and practice practical tips on self awareness providing real take away value for each person.  Derived from the DISC system, this communication session will engage your team in a stimulating and very enjoyable learning exercise.  Engaging, totally NON THREATENING, and lots of fun.
